We take great pride in our Service Department. We have a 2400 sq ft facility with
7 full time factory trained technicians. ACS not only services what they sell we
provide a large range of consumables with free delivery.
Factory Trained Technicians
We are extremely proud of our 2500+ square foot "Customer First" service department.
Our technicians are dispatched via Blackberry using Remote Tech software. What does
this mean to you, it means, that as soon as you report a problem with your
equipment purchased from ACS, a technician is instantly notified, and made aware
of the situation. Our technicians are factory trained and have a combined 120 years
of experience.

Connectivity
As with our "In-House" financing, ACS offers an "in-house" network specialist with
over 22 years experience in the copier industry.What does this mean to you, it means,
that once again we do not have to depend on someone else to help with network problems
or to install ACS equipment on your existing network, we have you covered from start
to finish.

With over 60 years of copier sales experience our Sales Department is both knowledgeable,
and dedicated to furthering the relationship between ACS and our customer's business
